Our joint Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information collected through our services including the Mal Wood Automotive online shop, various websites, mobile sites, and applications (“apps”).

How we collect personal information

16. Whilst we strictly stipulate in our dealings with Suppliers that your personal information cannot be used for any purpose other than the supply of their goods / services to you we cannot guarantee that a Supplier will not use your personal information for any other purpose.

In the unlikely event we should sell some or all of our business or any assets forming part of our business, including any of our Platforms, you agree that we may transfer to the buyer your personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to potential buyers as part of any due diligence process in connection with a sale of any part of our business or business assets.

20. When we receive your credit card information when you purchase from us, we delete all records of this information once processing has occurred.

We store your personal information either in hard copy form or as electronic data in our IT systems. If your complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily within 30 days of receipt of the complaint and there is no timely prospect of the complaint being resolved, you may submit your complaint to the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). We have never had this situation and do not expect it to occur.
