Initially available for the 2005 and up "S197" Ford Mustang, the Magnum-XL was specifically designed to replace the OEM 5 or 6 Speed transmission when performance improvements are desired. 

Today, TREMEC offer the Magnum-XL for both Ford and GM Applications. 

A direct mount shifter provides vastly improved performance and quick shifts. Refinements include extended length extension housing designed to eliminate the semi-remote shifter found in many late model vehicles.
